EARTH DAY

EFIA celebrates World Earth day every year to remind ourselves as well as the people around us, of the natural resources that our planet provide us in plenty. But with them, also comes the responsibility of using them judiciously, conserve them and to hand them to the future generation.

This year the theme was " CARING MOTHER EARTH ".Events like Poster making (grade 6-8) and Collage making (Grades 9& 10) are held to increase awareness and appreciation of Earth’s Natural environment and to encourage the learners to be self-initiative as it is every individual’s responsibility to save mother Earth.

  The activities are held house wise. All the students actively participated in the events and they highlighted the environmental issues of concern such as water scarcity, deforestation, save energy, pollution, waste management etc.
