Admission Rules & Regulations

Emirates Future International Academy has 4 school levels.
  1. Kindergarten: Junior KG & Senior KG
  2. Primary: Grade 1-4
  3. Secondary: Grade 5-10
  4. Higher Secondary: Grade 11-12 (Science & Commerce)
  • Age Guidelines - As per ADEC rules and regulations 
  • Admissions from KG I to Grade XII can be obtained depending on the availability of seats.
  • Parents may obtain the application form for the next academic year. The duly filled application form with the necessary documents mentioned below should be submitted to the admission office in the month of November.
  • Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission.
  • After the registration the parent will be intimated on the date and time of the Entrance test.
  • A child will be granted admission (Grade I-XI) based on his/her performance in the Entrance test.

Documents Required at the time of adminssion

(All documents to be provided in English/Arabic).
5 recent passport size photos of the student.
Copy of student's:-
  1. Passport (First, Last and Valid Visa Pages)
  2. Sponsor's Passport (Front & Back side)
  3. Emirates ID (Front & Back side)
  4. Health Insurance Card (Front & Back side)
  5. Vaccination Card
  6. Residence Electricity Bill
  7. Last mark sheet (for students outside Abu Dhabi)
  8. ADEC Mark Sheet (for students in Abu Dhabi)

Attested Documents Required

The following documents need to be attested from the respective authorities mentioned below:

Birth Certificate

Birth Certificate issued in UAE: UAE Foreign Affairs (Abu Dhabi)

Birth Certificate issued outside UAE:-
  • Notary (local District) in natuve country
  • Embassy of native country in Abu Dhabi
  • UAE Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi

Original TC (from KG II -grade XII)

Within Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC)

Outside Abu Dhabi:-
  • Zone of the Particular Emirate
  • ADEC
Outside UAE:-
  • District Education Officer of that particular Curriculum in native country.
  • Notary (Local District) in native country
  • Embassy of native country in Abu Dhabi
  • UAE Foreign Affairs in native country & Abu Dhabi
