INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2019-20

The investiture ceremony was held for the badging of the newly elected student council body(40 Nos.) and the inauguration of CCA Activities for this academic year 2019-20.

The ceremony was started with Quran Recitation  by Eshanullah(12A).   Welcome address given by Mr. Francis Verghese followed by welcome dance done by Souparnika (XIB) and Haripriya(IVA). Presidential address given by  the Principal Saji Oommen. During his speech  all the grade12 toppers were been honoured on the stage. Chief Guest Mr. Saeed Al Junaibi, Chairman of EFIA & Executive Director of Al Junaibi group delivered an admirable speech and appreciated all the EFIAN Fertilities and the students. Mr. Adnan Eissa Abbas, Dy. Director, Al Nahda group of schools was the guest of honor. Immense group dance was performed by primary section kids on the theme “Year of Tolerance).

Badging ceremony The entire student council including the Core council(12 Nos.), captains(8 Nos.), vice captains(8Nos.) and club secretaries(12 Nos.) along with the prefects(18 Nos.) and volunteers(16 Nos.) were delegated their responsibilities and duties. The candle lighting ceremony was done and all the leaders took an oath led by the Principal to carry out their responsibilities diligently. The solemn occasion prevails as the badges are pinned by the dignitaries of the day and the speeches of acceptance by the head boy Avent Prakash (XIIA) and the head girl Silpa Manoj (XIID). Felicitation was done by Former Head boy Abhay Singh (2018-19), Former Head Prefect Joyas Mariam(2018-19) and a parent (Mr. Kaustav Sen). The ceremony came to an end with the vote of thanks by the council secretaries Vedant Sen (XIIA) and Faiza Khan(XIID).
